Unlike some of our competitors, building our database is not simply a numbers game. We see little point in making claims to have a database of hundreds of thousands, and take the alternative view that all our candidate acquisition activity is driven by quality. As a result, many of the individuals, we represent come recommended to us as referrals or are people we are working with on an exclusive basis. In summary, we won’t be sending the usual suspects or the same old CVs that you’ll get from our competitors or importantly could find yourself in direct adverts.

Key to this approach is the selection and proper qualification of the individuals we work with, and we are upfront in telling candidates that we are not in a position to represent everyone. The feedback from clients is that they directly benefit from this professional approach.
